• How do I return a product?

You have 30 days to decide if you wish to keep your products, assuming you received the package. We do not make direct changes at our warehouse. Return the product for repurchase and then place a brand new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return we will refund you for the first order, this can take up to 14 woring days.

Keep in mind that you are the customer responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our warehouse.
